Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following information:

• Personal information you enter for booking requests, such as patient first name, last name, phone number, email address, gender, date of birth, address, ABHA number, and notes.
• Appointment and booking information, such as selected scan or study, preferred date and time, booking status, booking reference, store or center location, and related order details.
• Radiology report-related information linked to a booking, including report status, report preview text, impressions, and report URLs when available.
• Device-related information needed for app functionality, such as a Firebase Cloud Messaging token and an app-generated device identifier used to link a device with its own bookings and notifications.
• Limited local device storage data, such as the generated device identifier and temporary app preferences required for the App to function.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• create and manage appointment or scan booking requests;
• retrieve and display booking details and related order or report information;
• send booking confirmation push notifications to the same device that created the booking request;
• help prefill patient details when matching existing records by phone number or email address;
• generate booking confirmation PDFs on the device;
• provide customer support and maintain service reliability and security.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App may send push notifications related to your booking status, such as booking confirmation updates. Notification delivery uses Firebase Cloud Messaging.

How Information Is Stored and Processed

Information submitted through the App is processed and stored using Firebase services, including:

• Firebase Cloud Functions
• Cloud Firestore
• Firebase Cloud Messaging

Some information is also stored locally on your device using app storage only as needed for app operation.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only in the following situations:

• with our radiology center, booking desk, and authorized staff to process appointments, reports, and support requests;
• with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the App, such as Google Firebase;
• when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

External Services and Links

The App may open external apps or services, including:

• phone dialer apps when you choose to call the center;
• map apps when you request directions;
• external browsers or viewers when opening report URLs;
• device print or PDF services when exporting booking confirmations.

Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain personal and booking information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain business and medical workflow records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Local device data may remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You may also disable notifications through your device settings.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children as a general audience app. Any patient information entered for minors must be provided by a parent, guardian, or authorized representative for booking and care coordination purposes.
